Painting operation has 36,000 square feet assigned.

Five high technology robots are use to paint our cabinets, resulting on excellent quality with efficient cycle time.

Those robots works in 2-3 shifts under a “dust free” environment in order to produce at high quality standards. Those robots are able to use electrostatic & normal paint.

Formal Training program provide the training and tools needed to have a very good trained direct & indirect personnel.

Additional programs in place are:

• Line quality and performance contest.
• Preventive maintenance for all equipment.
• Continuous improvement program.
• Zero defect initiative (Using 8D methodology)
• Poka Yoke devices
• Kaizen events
