Assembly

Assembly operation has 26,000 square feet assigned.

Sixteen production lines in two shifts provide allow the department to increase/ decrease the number of lines needed to meet customer demand and to have capacity available for any new job or unexpected demand surge.

Molding cabinets that need to be going though assembly process are manufacture within a good process control.

Some of the most important operations in assembly are:

  • Pad printer. New equipment is allocated for this operation with certified technicians & operators. Capability for two colors pad printing machines is also available.
  • Hot stamping decoration up to 1.5 meters size.
  • Impulse welding machine. Devices allow welding plastic part without produce any smoke.
  • Assemble of components. Different type of components are incorporate into the cabinet such as:
    • Acrylic panels
    • Metal Panels
    • Decorative Parts
    • Felts
    • Customer Logo
    • Different Types of Label
    • Painting Parts
    • Others
  • Most of the production lines have Poka Yoke devices / automated process to assure the process repetitiveness and reduce as much as possible the operator dependency.
  • Inspection operation. Process variation is normal in a manufacturing environment; therefore our certified inspectors review 100% our products for customer specs and cosmetic appearance.
  • Packing operation. Our product is pack depending on product size and configuration, our packing material is designed to guarantee that the quality of the product will be maintained during the handling and transportation.
